Start Working

People who are in cold countries must love their marmot jackets specially this time of the year. Because of global warming, the dry spells seem to be longer, the wet seasons seem to bring a lot more rain and the winters are most especially cold. I hope that our world leaders realize the consequences of what they are doing and get down working on this issue really fast. The way things are happening seems to point to a not very nice future for all of us.

Our Loving Parents

My beloved parents are coming home for the holidays and it makes good sense for me to buy a nice set of teak wood patio furniture. Both of them likes having breakfast by the patio and what better way to have them enjoy it than to give them a nice set of furniture. Our parents are the only reasons why we are in this world. It is but proper that we give back to them while they can still enjoy it.

Long Live The King, The King is Dead!

This month marks the end of Kim Jong Il and the rise of his successor. I hope that poverty in North Korea will be greatly reduced and human rights will be better respected. While the country suffered a lot, it was reported by the western press that the man lived in excessive leisure. While the much well off citizens of the free world clipped guess coupons, the leader of that country spent more lavishly than the queen of England. I pray that economic progress happens to the poor citizens of that country very soon.

CRY WOLF!

In the Philippines, the former president, who’s accused of massive electoral cheating and believed to be on her way to massive plunder cases tried to convince the people and the judiciary that she’s very sick and must seek foreign treatment. Eventually, her doctors testified that she’s very OK and on her way to full recuperation. I think that that would have admitted that she’s overstaying at the expensive hospital had the prosecution asked. 

Today, she’s trying to convince the masses that there’s a serious plan to have her killed. The thing is, they won’t reveal anything beyond such a claim. Do we believe it? 

NO WAY! 

Nobody cries wolf several times and gets away with it.
