Promise ring etiquette should be taught to kids nowadays. What I think started as a mere symbol of a commitment to a noble cause had rapidly caught fire and had become a huge commercial venture for a lot of companies. In giving and receiving promise rings, there are some things that people should know and follow. Decorum says a lot about us and therefore, there should be decorum to be followed in giving and taking promise rings in order to keep the integrity of its purpose.
