If I were my next door neighbor, I’d buy a nice house number plaque and replace that ugly number that his cheap contractor installed. That friend of mine allowed his contractor to sweet talk him into allowing the builder to supply all the architectural details even without his signature at the spec sheet. The result is an expensive but ugly house. Buyers beware, always!
