If he is in the East Coast, he would probably be admitted to california treatment centers. However, the guy is in Sydney and I am not sure if he is an alcoholic. In Australia, there’s this guy who taunted a shark in shallow waters and within a short distance from a lot of people. The thing is, a wave suddenly unbalanced that guy and he was bitten by the shark. He had to be airlifted for surgery afterwards. I am not sure if he was under the influence of alcohol but in my mind, only drunkards do what he did.
